We also have a few selected products which we do not carry ourselves, but that we recommend through other resources from time to time. In our brick and mortar stores, we offer the full line of Babylock, Bernina, Jamone, and Elna sewing machines, however, due to specific dealership contract limitations we can not offer many of these products for sale over the internet or trans-ship them. Manufacturers of certain other products we sell may offer additional warranties, which are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and support services for these warranties may be obtained by following the manufacturers warranty instructions. Eproducts sold directly by Sewing Answers.com come with a 90 day or better 100% money back warranty. EProducts are password controlled, therefore, if a customer desires to return on of our E-Products according to the above stated guarantee; we will cancel the access code to the product and the customer need not worry about any further obligations. Most store products, notions, and other similar products may be returned within 30 day for a restocking fee of 25% (That is a refund of 75% of the purchase price and S&H).
